Rainbow Kids Camp

Rainbow Kids Camp is a summer day camp for elementary school queer children—ages 6 to 10 or entering 1st through 4th grade in the fall—who want to learn more about our queer history, grow and connect with people who get it, and have fun doing it! 🌈✨

Camp is a mix of structured and free time, with activities designed to promote self-confidence, social skills, team-building, and age-appropriate knowledge of queer history, icons, and mythology. 🎨🌿📚

Who is Camp for?

☑ Queer elementary school children, ages 6–10 or entering 1st–4th grade in the fall.

☑ Children looking for a space to connect, learn, and grow with supportive adults and other queer kids.

What Will We Be Doing?

☑ Camp is a mix of structured activities and unstructured free time, offering lots of opportunities to connect with others.

☑ All camp activities are completely screen-free and include individual and team crafts, nature-based adventures, and learning about queer history and mythology.

When Will It Happen?

📅 July 14–18, 2025
⏰ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm daily

Where Will We Be?

📍 Camp is located on a beautiful property in Ridgefield, WA, near the Lewis and Columbia Rivers. Exact location will be shared with registered campers and their families.

Costs and Accessibility

💵 Camp Cost: $250 per camper
☑ Payment Plans Available!

⚠️ The camp venue does offer accessibility challenges that may be limiting or even incompatible for those with significant mobility needs. The terrain includes uneven and unpaved paths, stairs, and rustic trails. Due to this, Rainbow Kids Camp may not be suitable for those requiring ADA-compliant infrastructure.
