Reanna

Meet Reanna (Ree-Anna), Practice Administrator at Wild Heart Society.

Reanna is the person making sure the systems behind the scenes actually work. With over 5.5 years at the practice, they support the clinical team by keeping operations organized, communication clear, and problems handled before they become bigger issues.

From billing questions and scheduling logistics to insurance confusion and process clean-up, Reanna brings structure, follow-through, and a steady presence to the day-to-day flow of the practice. They’re known for being direct, dependable, and deeply invested in making things run smoothly for both clients and clinicians.

Outside of work, Reanna loves a spontaneous dance party, watching Below Deck, spending time with friends and family, and all things skincare and makeup (this is her love language).
