Meet Reanna (Ree-Anna), the beating heart behind our team at Wild Heart Society.

As Chief Operations Officer, Reanna keeps the wheels turning, the emails flowing and the paperwork (mostly) in order. With five years at the practice and a knack for organization, they make sure everything behind the scenes run smoothly so the clinical team can focus on what they do best.

Whether it’s solving a billing mystery, untangling a scheduling puzzle, or translating insurance jargon into human language, Reanna is the go-to problem solver. Equal parts logistics wizard and calming presence, they bring structure, clarity, and the occasional color-coded spreadsheet to the heart of the office.
