Creating Light
Date:
November 20th, 5-8pm
We remember through making; and in creating, connection, and community, we rise.
Join us for a reimagined Trans Day of Remembrance that honors our lost loved ones through art, memory, and connection. Take part in guided workshops like watercolor, collage, and creative writing, or enjoy open studio stations with button making, rock painting, and more.
Together, we will create a communal altar to honor our trans and queer ancestors, then close with shared art, poetry, and reflection.
All materials provided; you are welcome to bring your own.
Location:
701 McClellan Rd, Vancouver, WA 98661
